MARMARIS – TURKEY TRAVELLINETURKEY.COM +90212 221 1 221.wmv

Marmaris Tour Turkey where you can swim right in the city centre, despite the increased construction, as environmental and water treatment facilities have been installed. For those who seek cleaner seas and quieter spots there are boats trips that go to other coves or you can get there by land. If you are interested in water sports and nature activities the hotels and travel agencies here provide you with many alternatives. The most important historic building in the town centre is the castle. The first castle built on this site was constructed up by the Ionians, with the present castle you see being built by the Ottomans in 1522. It was badly damaged by the shelling of a French battleship in 1914. The castle was opened to public in the Republican era and 18 houses and a fountain was constructed during this period. Inside the castle, which was restored in 1980-90, there is now a museum. The entrance of the castle opens right onto a garden. You can get to the top of the walls by staircases going up from either side of the courtyard. You should have a look at the view from the walls. Two of the indoors areas now house an archaeological display. In both the garden and these rooms there are pieces excavated from throughout this region: amphorae, earthenware pieces, glassware, coins and decorative pieces from digs conducted at Knidos, Burgaz and Hisarönü. One of the galleries is set out as an ethnography section of a Turkish house and the other as the place of the castle

Pinecrest Apartments Wall-Breaking

Rating: 0

On January 5, 2012, we, along with The Long Beach Housing Development Company (LBHDC), Jamboree Housing Corporation (Jamboree) and Councilmember Dee Andrews, 6th District, celebrated the “wall-breaking” of our Pinecrest Apartments project on Pine Ave. in Long Beach, CA. Local press and even ABC7 Eyewitness News were there to witness the end of an era for a community that is ready for a change. The rehabilitation of the Pinecrest Apartments will be uplifting for not just the buildings, but also the community, because it aims to transform blighted and unsafe structures into attractive, quality affordable housing. Each unit will be fully renovated and modernized, and will include new windows, drywall, fixtures, kitchens, bathrooms and appliances. Site amenities will include a tot-lot, community garden, laundry facilities, and a multipurpose activity center where free social services programs focusing on academic achievement for young people, community-building activities and family health and fitness will be provided to residents. When completed, these apartments will hopefully be a catalyst for positive change in the neighborhood. Blue Ravine Clematis vine in Bloom

Rating: 0

These blue flowers demand a high profile position even though they are large enough to be seen at a distance. Plant at important high traffic locations such as entries and in front of pivotal windows. Gorgeous trained onto a picket fence with painted or weathered rails. Excellent viewed on a sideyard board fence from adjacent windows. Train up posts of overhead structures such as porch cover, shade arbor and gateways. Espalier directly onto house or garage wall, or on to decorative flat treillage attached to siding. Train into an old dead tree or overgrown shrub or allow to sprawl freely on the ground for a more naturalistic woodland look.

Choosing a good quality greenhouse for your garden

If you are on a budget, then you are likely to opt for an affordable type of greenhouse. Whilst this will save you money to start with, you could end up spending more in the future as a result of having to replace your greenhouse. Cheaper designs are likely to require more maintenance, costing you more in the long run. Choosing a high quality design will provide you with a longer lasting structure that keeps your plants and garden at their best.

Pine wood greenhouses or simple lean to designs are a great option for those on a budget, but are likely to need more maintenance. Cheaper wood designs will need repainting or a preservative to keep the greenhouse at its best, so it may be worth opting for a higher quality wood design so that you are provided with a structure that remains at its best all year round.

Cedar wood is one of the best designs for greenhouses. If you are looking for a high quality structure, then cedar wood is the perfect choice. This type of wood not only provides strength and durability, it also looks great. Teak and oak are also great choices for those looking for a good quality wood design. Although expensive, it may be worth opting for one of these designs so that you will have something that will keep your greenhouse, garden and plants at their best.

If you are looking for an affordable design that will last longer and does not require much maintenance, then a simple, freestanding glass design is a great choice. There are many types of good quality glass designs available that will keep your garden looking great. Whilst glass designs do not require as much maintenance as wood designs, it is important that you clean the glass regularly and replace cracked panes to keep your plants and garden at their best.

Shadow of the Colossus – Going up

Rating: 5

Found this cool gravity code that makes Wander continuously rise into the air. It starts at zero so the higher you set it, the faster Wander rises. Just testing it out here at different places… there’s not many tall structures besides the SoW to use it at, but it’s useful for looking at the landscape from up high. Played to ‘Wish’ from SotC OST.
